Price range and order


Account Office prices
The price range for Account Office depends on three elements:
  • selected modules
  • number of users
  • number of processed entries

 

Important
Before buying, you have to download Account Office.

When you use the software in eval mode, Account office shows you your hard disk code number.
You have to indicate this code number during the buying and registration process.

Your hard disk number will be "integrated" into the licence file Emailed to you.

Account office modules
The price ranges from $ 89 to more than $5.000 according to the chosen module.

General accounting module
allowing
- all accounting entries (invoices, payments, miscellaneous...)
- all accounting returns (screen, paper, vocal) ledgers, journals, balances, balance sheet, customer or supplier statements..
This basic module contains Euro management and is Y2K compliant.

International module  allowing to manage currencies, change spreads and multilingualism.

Analytical and budget module allowing to allocate analytical centers and (optionally)analytical rubrics to entries.

Number of users
Account Office is available in mono or multi-user version ( 4 to 8 users).

Multi-user versions are not available at the moment (end of the year)

Number of processed entries
  • SPECIAL OFFER up to 3.000 entries/year (+- 600 invoices/year)
  •  SB (Small Business) up to 5.000 entries/year (+/- 1.000 invoices/year)
  •  MB (Medium Business) up to 20.000 entries/year (+/- 4.000 invoices/year)
  •  GROUP up to 100.000 entries/year.(+/- 20.000 invoices/year)

 The entry counter goes back to zero every year.

Important
You have to choose the "Accounting standard" module if your licence is not registered yet.

You can then acquire an " International " or " analytical " module from the same column in the same group (when confirming your order, the same reference numbers for the Accounting standard and optional modules should be used.
